The operator was quoting freight jobs manually, which meant sales reps spent hours researching rates. Orders and manifests were tracked in multiple localized spreadsheets, and billing was delayed 2 to 3 days after delivery because paper delivery slips had to be physically brought to the billing office and collated.

This delay resulted in slow cash flow, billing disputes from lost delivery slips, and sales reps who had no real-time capacity information to quote new client freight routes accurately.

Custom database application build.

We audited their logistics pipeline and realized standard modules were insufficient. We designed a custom Zoho Creator database application for manifest tracking and driver dispatch logs. We integrated this application directly with Zoho CRM to automate quote estimations.

We connected Zoho Books to trigger invoices immediately on digital signature capture within the driver mobile interface, and built Zoho Flow connectors to sync capacity metrics across platforms in real-time.
